Analyst, Deal Desk & Contract Analytics

Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. The position will operationalize a structured tracking process that consolidates contractual entitlements and reconciles them against actual platform and service usage across multiple enterprise systems.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include pulling usage data from Snowflake, mapping usage to contract entitlements, maintaining entitlement vs. usage dashboards, refreshing dashboards monthly, QA anomalies, preparing monthly CS-ready insights, and executing monthly entitlement-to-usage reconciliation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Systems, Revenue Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with contract-based or usage-based pricing models
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, contract structures, and margin reporting
• Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems
• Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
