Role Overview

The Principal Strategic GTM Program Manager leads high-impact, cross-functional programs that are critical to Zillow’s strategic goals, shaping program strategy, governance, and execution across multiple teams.

Define and drive the overall strategy, scope, and success measures for complex, multi-workstream programs that span products, operations, and technology, ensuring clear alignment to Zillow’s strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs in a technology, product, or operations environment
• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end delivery for multi-stakeholder initiatives such as platform, data, or enterprise process transformations
• Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and diverse functional teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Experience implementing or improving program management practices such as governance models, portfolio reporting, or standardized tooling to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability
