We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team to collect, analyze, and report data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery.
Requirements
- Collect, analyze, and report data to inform business decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using tools like Excel and BI platforms
- Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and provide data-driven answers
- Participate in the demand planning process by supporting data collection and model updates
- Help identify small-scale opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
- Monitor and triage incoming requests in our team channel, assisting with ad-hoc problem-solving to help unlock operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with peers and more senior team members to learn best practices in forecasting and analytics
