Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue operations strategy across marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Implement data-driven processes for forecasting, analytics, pipeline management
  • Evaluate and maintain GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other tools
  • Partner with Finance to align planning, budgeting and compensation models
  • Create dashboards and reporting for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue, Sales or Marketing Ops or related fields
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, BI tools
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Strong executive communication skills
