Role Overview

As the Sales Enablement Manager, Expansion at Engine, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering sales enablement & ever-boarding programs to the Expansion (Account management, & implementation) team.

What You Will Do

Own the Expansion Organization Sales Training program post-onboarding, and act as the primary contact for Expansion enablement projects. Develop, deliver, and train end-to-end expansion playbooks in collaboration with revenue leadership, first-line managers, revenue operations, and PMM.

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, preferably with a background in SaaS sales
  • Proven performance, delivering quantifiable impact on company revenue
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, new business, and revenue operations teams
  • Revenue tool proficiency, comfortable with revenue tooling such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Call Coaching software
  • Independence in growth environments
