Role Overview
Join the Revenue Operations Team as a Working Student to work on operational go-to-market setup, data quality, reporting, and AI/automation topics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Contribute to shaping the future of a global leader in supply chain sustainability software.
What You Will Do
Take ownership of data quality topics in the CRM, support report creation and analysis, contribute to AI and automation topics, and ensure a clean data foundation for pipeline and forecasting.

Ideal for currently enrolled students with experience in CRM systems, AI/automation topics, and sales and marketing processes. Strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and open communication skills required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar)
- Availability of ~16 hours per week for at least 12 months
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) or strong interest in learning
- Initial hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/automation topics (e.g. Claude, n8n, or similar)
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes and interest in data, processes, and a B2B SaaS environment
- Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Fluent English, German is optional
