Senior Financial Analyst

Join Bosch Mobility Aftermarket and help shape the future of mobility as a Senior Financial Analyst in a hybrid location (Plymouth, MI or Oakbrook Terrace, IL). This role involves supporting the North American Team with financial forecasting, planning, reporting & analysis, and providing business insights to drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and advanced degree preferred. A base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development make this a great fit for a talented financial professional.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFP) in areas of expertise, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and Essbase, or equivalent system
• Experience with automation and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI), preferred by not required
• Ability to review data on a detailed level and recognize its relationship to the overall bigger picture
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and present complex information in a concise manner
• Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
• Ability to drive solutions to complex operations and financial issues
• Creative thinker to challenge the status quo and think out of the box to improve profitability and/or processes
