Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Field or Growth Marketing
- Proven ability to translate complex hardware/software specs into business outcomes
- Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Experience thriving in high-growth environments, building scalable processes across borders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and HubSpot
- Proven budget management across multiple channels and segments
- Fluent in English and German; French is a major plus
