Role Overview
As the Outside Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, primarily through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will represent Rhenus Air & Ocean, understand customer needs, and provide tailored logistics solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Belgium
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
