Role Overview

The Market Sales Manager will be the face of Samsung, directly engaging with consumers and showcasing the latest innovative technologies in their assigned market. They will deliver exceptional sales performance, proactively engage consumers, demonstrate extensive product knowledge, and provide valuable insights to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
  • Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furniture
  • Ability to push and pull objects, such as carts and pallets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
  • Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts
  • Autonomous: able to work without direct supervision
  • Problem Solver: likes to bring solutions to existing opportunity areas
  • Values and creates a winning culture with influence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills while being quick on responses
  • Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships
  • Has a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude and positive mindset
