Role Overview

The Retail Field Sales Manager will drive brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conduct product training, and improve shoppers’ purchase journey to drive sell-out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand advocacy, scheduling effectiveness, store visit guidelines, cluster routing for travel, product expertise, merchandising and brand standards, training retail sales associates, KPI achievement and sales drive, relationship building with retail managers, and field execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems
