Sales Operations Analyst (Latam Export)

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple business systems to support informed decision-making and business performance. You will serve as a key liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales teams, and channel partners, supporting purchase order management, inventory analysis, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

You will develop, maintain, and automate management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency, data reliability, and business visibility. You will support sales performance analysis, forecasting activities, channel effectiveness assessments, profitability reviews, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) validation and payment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, or related roles
• Three (3) years of experience analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and business reporting systems
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting forecasting, sales performance analysis, inventory management, and channel operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
