Role Overview

As the Account Manager, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for owning the relationship between our mid-market customers and 7shifts, playing a critical role in driving their continued growth and success.

Own relationships with corporate stakeholders, build strong partnerships, lead account strategy, identify and close revenue opportunities, manage relationships, and run business reviews.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Sales experience in SaaS (Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Partner Account Manager) working with mid-market and/or enterprise customers
  • Strong sales and business acumen, with the ability to manage relationships, projects, and complex customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a large book of business
  • Experience using CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero) to manage pipeline and accounts
  • Comfortable working with data, including Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, ThoughtSpot)
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (i.e. Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude) to drive efficiency in day-to-day and increase productivity
