Role Overview

Join the RevOps team at Aareon UK as a Revenue Operations Analyst. This junior role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of revenue data. You will maintain data quality, support core reporting, and act as a first line of support for Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include data management, system administration, reporting, and analytics. You will own day-to-day data quality, manage and maintain operational data and workflows, and run recurring data quality checks.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a data, operations, or analyst role (internships or early-career roles accepted)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
  • Experience working with a CRM or operational GTM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
