Role Overview
You will be the person who makes post-sale functions faster, more consistent, and better connected to each other and to the rest of the business. You will design and own the reporting layer, identify where onboarding breaks down, and build the CS operational infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Onboarding & handoff operations, customer success operations, post-sale partner operations, and post-sale reporting. You will own the reporting suite across CS, implementation, and partners, and surface insights, not just numbers.

You have spent meaningful time close to how GTM teams actually operate, understand what breaks down in post-sale motions and why, and have a track record of building the systems and processes that fix it.
Requirements
- 5-7 years professional experience
- Genuine understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle
- Analytically capable
- Comfortable building and owning reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day ops work
- Able to run a difficult cross-functional meeting
- Track record of building process and structure where it didn’t fully exist
- Comfortable working across functions without formal authority
