Head of Sales KNX Building Automation Germany (m/f/d)

Role Overview

In this role, you will define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area, manage marketing and sales action plans, and lead the Marketing and Sales function. You will be accountable for growing the KNX building automation product and solution business in Germany, building up a strong dedicated sales organization, and creating a marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy.

What You Will Do

Manage marketing and sales action plans to achieve key targets, oversee teams that identify and maintain sales market price levels, and define key marketing and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Solid sales and leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of the KNX market
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • MBA
  • Native German and professional English language skills
