Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of B&R’s next generation technology, machine connectivity, automation & edge, high end motion system & technology software solutions in the southern region/market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
Meeting customers and partners regularly to generate enquiries and build a strong pipeline. Analyzing customer requirements and market trends to create and present techno-commercial offers. Leading negotiations and closing deals.

5–10 years of sales experience in the automation industry (PLC, SCADA, Drives, Motion, Mechatronics). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics).
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics)
- Hands-on application development experience
- Strong industrial sales and solution-selling capabilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of at least one regional language preferred
