Role Overview
In this role, you will ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area, driving profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. The work model for the role is hybrid.
What You Will Do
Develops and executes service sales strategies, drives service sales growth, ensures achievement of service sales targets, leads and supports major contract negotiations, analyzes service market potential, and builds and maintains long-term relationships with key customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in service sales within industrial, electrical, power sectors, data center or related field
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with key account exposure
- Good technical understanding of service solutions and lifecycle management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
