Role Overview
Part of India’s Leadership Team, leads the strategic direction of marketing efforts within the local market, ensuring alignment with area and global objectives while driving business growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies, lead the marketing team, oversee marketing budget allocation, and ensure marketing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requires 10 to 15 years’ relevant experience in Marketing or Brand Management, with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, and strong leadership capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Science or other relevant fields
- 10 to 15 years’ relevant experience in Marketing or Brand Management
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing plans
- More than 5 years of managerial experience with strong leadership capability
- Familiar with MS Office Suite of Products (PowerBI, MS Teams, Excel, PPT) and CRM platforms (Veeva Vault, Salesforce etc.)
