District Sales Manager

Role Overview

Apply sales skills and leadership behavior to drive long-term growth for Abbott Nutrition products in the area. Manage a team of 6-8 sales staff to develop new customers and expand existing business.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement business plans for the area, channel, and customer type. Manage distributors to ensure products and services are always available at optimal levels.

Why It Might Be a Fit

At least 4 years of experience in the business field (preferably FMCG or dairy industry). At least 2 years of experience in managing a team in the sales field. Bachelor’s degree/Certificate, preferably in Economics or Commerce.
