Role Overview
As a Professional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and performing sales strategies in assigned markets, driving primary and secondary sales, and ensuring brand presence. You will supervise the distributor network to achieve sales objectives and ensure financial and ethical objectives of the division.
What You Will Do
You will plan business strategies, achieve sales targets, promote products to customers, organize camps, and conduct merchandising and sampling activities. You will also execute customer management plans, collect market intelligence, and manage retailer level inventory.

You will have the authority to develop customer management plans, approve credit notes, and recommend distributor appointments. You will participate in strategy execution review meetings and ensure alignment with business strategy.
