Role Overview

Direct comprehensive activities for the West regional sales organization, responsible for sales, margin, and share objectives. Works closely with Commercial leadership team members to establish comprehensive strategies.

Lead a team of sales professionals, drive product portfolio accountability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and influence them to achieve growth and overcome obstacles.
