Role Overview

The Sales Operations Lead will provide support to the US Cardiac Rhythm Management Commercial Sales Organization by managing various initiatives, reporting, and analytics. This role entails training and supporting the successful implementation and issue resolution of the Salesforce platform.

What You Will Do

Oversee a team, plan, prioritize, and schedule activities to ensure effective resource utilization and achievement of deliverables and targets. Maintain a thorough understanding of Sales Operations processes and train team members on these processes and IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related careers or having successfully covered at least 50% of the curriculum at the university
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Customer Service role
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word application expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others
  • Fully bilingual English / Spanish

Benefits

  • Base pay $78,000.00 – $156,000.00
