Role Overview
The Custodial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned facilities, ensuring service excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.
What You Will Do
Lead and support frontline employees and supervisors, coach and mentor staff, act as primary contact for clients, and ensure services meet or exceed contract terms.
