Senior Business Development Manager Infrastructure Solutions

Role Overview

This position will call on MUSH industry leaders and decision makers to offer electrical, mechanical, resiliency, sustainability, and maintenance services that show customer bottom line cost savings. The Senior BDM will be responsible for generating outside project sales with new clients within MUSH markets, generating new prospects through cold calling and networking, and focusing on larger projects and maintenance sales.

What You Will Do

Generate outside project sales with new clients, generate new prospects through cold calling and networking, focus on larger projects and maintenance sales, utilize the ATS Project Development team to create life cycle analysis and financial solutions, and implement and maintain Salesforce.com to manage sales pipeline and produce effective sales forecasts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a working knowledge of the ABM Technical Solutions (ATS) selling cycle and selling system, and the ability to develop an annual personal sales plan.
