Role Overview
Responsible for day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. Performs sales support functions to provide high-level service and customer satisfaction while maintaining corporate operational processes and procedures.
What You Will Do
Process routine customer orders, resolve discrepancies, enter sales orders into the Arrow ERP system, and respond to customer requests for information. Manage customer quotes, backlog, billing, and vendor invoice discrepancies.
