Role Overview

The Business Development Representative will be actively involved in outreach to target accounts, inbound leads, and marketing qualified leads with the goal of gathering Sales intelligence and handling early-stage opportunities.

What You Will Do

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting, meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting, and conduct Sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to achieve and set goals and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
