Role Overview
The GTM Sales Lead will be responsible for growing and leading the ‘Sales Transformation’ portfolio, originating new clients, and managing existing client engagements to deliver a profitable annual sales and revenue target. The role will involve building and delivering best-in-class customer-led sales transformation programs, leveraging C-suite relationships, strategic advisory capability, and a proven growth track record.
What You Will Do
Create understanding and awareness amongst senior leadership, provide tailored recommendations to address customer challenges, build consistent connections at all levels within the customers’ business, and drive trust focused on retention. Find, win, and lead large-scale sales transformation deals that drive business growth for clients.
