Role Overview
Ace Handyman Services Fox Valley is growing and looking for a Client Care & Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, phone-based, and responsible for inside sales and client care. This is a full-time position located in Elgin, Illinois.
What You Will Do
Answer inbound customer calls, build trust and rapport with homeowners, educate customers on services and scheduling process, convert customer inquiries into booked work, and conduct outbound follow-up on unsold opportunities.

Requirements
- Strong phone communication skills
- Previous sales, inside sales, customer service, dispatch, or call-center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology platforms
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work from our Elgin office
