Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead Actxa’s consumer marketing, brand building, communications, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy across Actxa’s portfolio of consumer products and services.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute Actxa’s consumer marketing strategy, lead customer acquisition across digital channels, optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys, and drive continuous experimentation to improve customer acquisition efficiency and growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 6–8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record in B2C, DTC, consumer technology, e-commerce, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or consumer products industries
- Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand development
- Experience managing performance marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels
