Role Overview
The Director of Product Marketing will shape how the market understands ActiveCampaign’s Active Intelligence platform through bold storytelling, drive adoption, and transform the PMM discipline. This role reports to the SVP of Product and operates as a single strategic arm with the product team.
What You Will Do
On a typical day, you might define and evolve positioning, translate complex AI capabilities into clear customer value, lead go-to-market strategies, and automate traditional launch mechanics. You will also leverage AI to transform how the PMM craft works, arm Sales and CS with positioning and proof points, and build market presence.

Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product Strategy in B2B SaaS or AI-driven technology companies
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience leading PMM teams
- A product-strategy mindset
- A proven track record driving adoption and retention outcomes
- Proven ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
