Marketing and Growth Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Manager will drive the strategic direction, execution, and support of go-to-market strategies within several key industries and service lines. This role will work closely with industry teams and the marketing & growth team to build, execute, and optimize marketing plans that generate qualified leads, drive brand awareness, and support firm growth objectives.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, conducting market and client research, creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and reporting on performance. Additionally, this role will involve event and sponsorship management, distribution channel integration, sales enablement and alignment, and developing industry-specific content assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or a highly matrixed environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and project manage complex initiatives
• Deep curiosity and understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to develop creative, tailored strategies
• Excellent communication, writing, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation/CRM and analytics tools
