Role Overview
The Marketing & Growth Manager will drive the strategic direction, execution, and support of go-to-market strategies within several key industries and service lines. They will work closely with industry teams and the marketing & growth team to build, execute, and optimize marketing plans that generate qualified leads, drive brand awareness, and support firm growth objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies, conduct market and client research, create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and report on performance. Identify, develop, and execute strategic event initiatives, coordinate sponsorships, and deliverables. Develop and nurture relationships with industry association contacts, assist with thought leadership ideation and placement, and assist in developing industry-specific content assets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or a highly matrixed environment
- Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation/CRM and analytics tools
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies in professional services
