Role Overview

Account Executives will support the sales team in a fast-paced environment, selling dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients. They will participate in the Adams Onboarding Program to understand Out-of-Home Advertising and its power to drive return on investment for clients.

What You Will Do

Approach existing and new advertiser clients, structure advertising packages, handle internal responsibilities, communicate with internal leadership, and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive working environment.

Successful AEs can earn $75k or more annually, with opportunities to obtain increasing levels of responsibility, assume a leadership position, and transfer to other AOA markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
  • One to three years direct media or relevant sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software and technology
  • Good working knowledge of marketing research
  • Valid driver’s license
