Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Culture Marketing Operations plays a critical role in supporting the global Culture Marketing organization through operational leadership, project management, and process optimization. This role is responsible for driving efficiency across the function while ensuring key initiatives, communications, systems, and business processes are executed with excellence.
What You Will Do
Project Management: Oversee, manage, and execute operational projects while maintaining project plans, tracking deliverables, and proactively communicating status updates to stakeholders. Process Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, implement process enhancements, and coordinate organizational procedures that increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, agency operations, or a related field
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and operational processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams regardless of reporting structure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
- Fluent English language skills
