Role Overview
As Director Business Development, you will be the central point of contact for customers, develop strategies to maximize sales, and lead a team to achieve successful results. You will work in a young and dynamic team, take over the costs of public transportation, and have opportunities for personal development.
What You Will Do
You will develop tailored digital media strategies, create precise and effective media plans, and drive new customer acquisition. You will also lead and develop teams, with a focus on motivation, coaching, and individual further education.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning
- Experience in customer care and digital media planning
- Solid experience in leading and developing teams
- Analytical skills and numeracy
- Affinity for numbers and ability to work with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Secure German language skills in word and writing as well as fluent English language skills
