Role Overview
The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee the development and management of ADRA International growth marketing efforts, including digital engagement, adoption, creative, content gathering, and event management. This role is responsible for the integration of effective full funnel, performance, growth marketing strategies, both internally and externally, across all functional areas of ADRA International.
What You Will Do
Drive sustainable donor growth through integrated marketing campaigns, improving donor conversion, and expanding the qualified supporter audience. Strengthen Marketing Performance by improving ROI, operational efficiency, audience engagement, digital conversions, and revenue contribution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 7-10 years progressive marketing experience
- 3 years of experience leading teams and managing budgets
- Experience in integrated marketing, GTM, full-funnel campaigns, performance marketing, social media, search engine optimization, digital communications, influencer marketing, and web practices
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategic marketing plans and campaigns
- Collaborative leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Excellent organization skills and problem-solving abilities
