Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to own and drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth, leveraging market expertise and strategic partnerships to achieve business expansion and deliver measurable impact on new ad solutions and company growth.

What You Will Do

Acquire new clients, manage sales pipeline, consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, drive negotiations and close high-value deals, leverage and expand personal network, focus on quality and scalability of acquired demand, monitor and optimize pipeline performance, stay updated on market trends, gather and share market insights and client feedback.

3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech, strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem, hands-on experience working with global markets, strong network of advertisers / affiliates, proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech
  • Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs
  • Strong network of advertisers / affiliates
  • Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
  • Experience with lead generation channels and tools
  • Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and advertiser needs
  • Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
