Role Overview
The Matrix Sales Manager is a hybrid position that oversees Residential Sales and Small Business Sales Representatives. The role requires a highly motivated, technically skilled, customer-focused individual who wants to be part of a winning team. Local managers have great flexibility to grow their markets within broad guidelines.
What You Will Do
Manage a staff of Sales Representatives, recruit, train, and coach new sales representatives, implement and administer sales programs, and ensure adherence to ADT policies and procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven previous sales/sales supervisory experience, a college degree in Sales and Marketing or related field, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
