Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement

Role Overview

Adyen is looking for a Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement who will be the driving force behind the efficiency, scalability, and measurement of Adyen’s global event portfolio.

What You Will Do

Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire event lifecycle, own and manage the centralized event technology stack, and lead the adoption and best practices for on-site lead capture tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Event Marketing
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events
  • Deep, hands-on administrative expertise with major event management platforms
  • Experience with Cvent, Jifflenow, or iCapture is a plus
  • Passion for documentation, process optimization, and creating scalable solutions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at training and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-first mindset
  • Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English
