Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to develop and grow our most important and strategic French client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to take our French activity to the next level, ensure excellent account management, and develop revenue from this essential customer base that uses our reference solutions for job advertising on social networks and sponsored ad distribution.
What You Will Do
Manage our French Enterprise clients as well as media buying agencies, build effective working relationships with the existing client portfolio, animate effective demonstration and integration sessions, understand the success motivations of clients, and use your analytical skills to track the progress of recruitment campaigns.

Requirements
- Excellent relational skills, both internally and externally, and ability to establish solid relationships
- Technical skills to lead a structured product demonstration and be able to adapt demonstrations to specific needs
- A passion for quality customer service, you like building durable relationships with prospects and existing clients
- A continuous improvement mindset
- A strong work ethic, motivation, and passion, as well as organizational skills
- Solid digital and technical skills, able to analyze and optimize campaigns
- Mastery of French and English with solid communication skills, both oral and written
