Role Overview
The Manager Digital Marketing helps drive ticket sales, revenue, and long term fan engagement by improving how we market across digital channels. This role focuses on understanding performance, using data to make decisions, and improving how fans move through our digital journey.
What You Will Do
Lead weekly and monthly digital performance reporting, deliver clear insights, identify performance gaps, and develop optimization recommendations. Build fan segmentation strategies, automated journeys, and personalization frameworks in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or English
- 4-6 years related work experience in digital performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or integrated digital strategy
- Substantial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in supervising the work of others
- Experience with GA4, paid media platforms, and BI dashboards
