Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Partnership Sales is a key revenue-generating role responsible for securing new corporate partnerships for the LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partnerships and working closely with the broader AEG Global Partnerships team, this role leads the development and execution of strategic sponsorship sales initiatives.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate partnerships by selling across stadium, digital, content, hospitality, and experiential assets for LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park. Execute a consistent, high-volume outbound sales strategy including cold outreach, networking, industry event participation, and targeted prospecting to secure meetings with senior decision-makers.

Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
- 6-8 years of related work experience within professional sports, agencies, premium hospitality, or major venues
- Proven success in securing multi-year, high value sponsorships
- Experience navigating competitive sales environments with demonstrated resilience and consistent quota achievement
- Major league property experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; confident engaging at the C-suite level
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities; polished in front of clients and large groups
- Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring expertise with consultative, solution-based selling approach
- Ability to connect marketing trends to unique LA Galaxy and MLS sponsorship assets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM systems, and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sponsor United)
- High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
