Role Overview
AFC Industries is seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to drive strategic sales growth initiatives across its Components, Tooling, and Aerospace & Defense business segments. This role serves as a key link between sales, marketing, operations, and business leadership to improve commercial execution, strengthen market positioning, and support growth initiatives across North America.
What You Will Do
Support strategic growth initiatives, develop sales presentations, customer-facing materials, and commercial tools, conduct market research, and coordinate support for trade shows and customer visits.

Requirements

- Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, tooling, fasteners, aerospace, or technical B2B industries
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, or similar systems
