Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing at africon. The role can be based in Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, or South Africa (remote).
What You Will Do
Manage africon’s marketing activities end-to-end with a strong focus on visibility, content, and external positioning. This includes content & digital marketing, website & company materials, newsletter & outreach, events & external presence, and branding & communications.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications or content roles (B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to create clear, structured and professional content
- Hands-on mindset: able to manage multiple small topics independently
- Experience with digital channels (LinkedIn, website CMS, newsletters)
- Structured and reliable working style in a remote setup
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
