What You Will Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will strengthen presence in National, International, and Global segments, expand penetration across intermediated and direct channels, engage with C-Level stakeholders and specialized brokers, and generate new business opportunities and strategies through pipeline management.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience in A&H or related health, medical or supplemental benefits lines
- Proven track record in revenue generation, prospecting and pipeline development across multiple segments
- Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving
- Cross-functional experience working with marketing, pricing, underwriting, product and operations teams
- Process optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client service
- Discipline in KPIs achievement
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical product features into client-centric value propositions
