What You Will Do

As a Business Development Manager, you will strengthen presence in National, International, and Global segments, expand penetration across intermediated and direct channels, engage with C-Level stakeholders and specialized brokers, and generate new business opportunities and strategies through pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance industry
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated experience in A&H or related health, medical or supplemental benefits lines
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, prospecting and pipeline development across multiple segments
  • Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving
  • Cross-functional experience working with marketing, pricing, underwriting, product and operations teams
  • Process optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client service
  • Discipline in KPIs achievement
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical product features into client-centric value propositions
