Marketing Manager (GTM)

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager (GTM) is the operational lead for the “Go-To-Market” (GTM) strategy for Airbus Helicopters in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The job focuses on marketing, brand visibility, and actively generating leads within Southeast Asia (SEA), while also providing operational support to other sub-regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of working experience in event management, digital marketing or business development, ideally within the aerospace, defense or high-tech B2B industries
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content and deliver compelling presentations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel regionally for events as required
• A self-starter with initiative, energy, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on business growth and capturing market share
• Able to think “outside the box” to overcome established barriers and solve complex market challenges
