Marketing Intelligence & Solutions Analyst

Role Overview

The Marketing Intelligence & Solutions Analyst will research and study market conditions, technology trends, and other indicators to derive actionable insights and recommendations for key stakeholders to support strategic decisions that maximize sales, volume growth, and profits. This position is responsible for Airgas market analysis and for ad-hoc evaluations of new business ventures in collaboration with other commercial groups and regional opportunities.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of current and trending information from publications, webinars, databases, and SME interviews to aid in strategic planning. Gather competitive data, analyze financial statements, and review annual reports to build robust market and opportunity studies. Analyze multi-source data to uncover insights on market segments, opportunity sizing, audience preferences, and buying habits.

This role requires strong foundational knowledge of business, research, finance, and sales/marketing principles. Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business intelligence and proficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business intelligence
• Proficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/BW)
• Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau)
• Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini) and programming languages (Python)
