Role Overview
Be a contact person for customers with sales-related inquiries, provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
What You Will Do
Manage sales-related documentation, support Business Development, register and forward contracts, and manage shipping goods to customers.

Requirements
- Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration
