Role Overview
Kick-start your sales career with Alfasigma USA! We are passionate professionals with a trusted product portfolio and we’re seeking a Specialty Sales Manager for this territory. Seeking candidates who are team players, enjoy providing value to customers, and embrace the opportunity to learn and develop.
What You Will Do
Establish and build business relationships and achieve targeted sales goals within the assigned territory while adhering to all ethical sales practices, PhRMA guidelines, and required promotional regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be available to travel up 25-30% or as required by the specific territory. Must reside within the territory or within reasonable driving distance (25 miles or less) to ensure the effective management and coverage of the territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of outside sales experience; B2B or life sciences preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales or customer service position
- Understands fundamental selling skills and their relationship to engaging with customers
- Strong business / financial acumen and the ability to understand market opportunities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Office 365 preferred
- Experience with CRM software and iPad utilization
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship building and listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, adaptable, team player, self-motivated, and thrives on challenge
- Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards and operates with a sense of urgency
